The City Attorney's Office reviews matters coming before the City Council for legal sufficiency; advises City staff and the City Council on legal issues faced by the organization; prepares or reviews ordinances, resolutions, and contracts; and defends and prosecutes all legal actions and processes in which the City is involved.
